Information for Travelers and Residents
U.S. citizens do not need a visa for a stay of up to 90 days in Poland. This includes those in transit as well as those coming for tourism or for business. For information on extending a stay in Poland, applying for residence in Poland, or on applying for a work permit in Poland, please contact the Polish Embassy in Washington or any of the Polish Consulates in Chicago, New York or Los Angeles.
Renunciation of U.S. Citizenship
Renunciations of U.S. citizenship are accepted at the U.S. Embassy by appointment only. Please contact the American Citizen Services section via e-mail at krakowacs@state.gov or by calling +48-12-424-5129 to schedule an appointment.
