eRA Deployment and Maintenance Calendar Archive
2010 - 2012
eRA schedules system-wide software releases on a quarterly basis every year to bring its system users new features and fixes. During these releases, eRA schedules downtime within a specific window in order to deploy these releases. eRA also implements application upgrades once in a while.
In addition, eRA has established a standard maintenance window on the fourth weekend of every month, in order to perform network maintenance on its systems to enhance IT security and increase network reliability and availability.
The chart below lists the anticipated dates for deployment and maintenance, timing of downtime and systems affected. The chart will include system downtime information as soon as the information is finalized.
