Urgent Messages
When you register with the consulate through the Smart Traveler Enrollment program, you are automatically registered to receive urgent messages. These messages will be sent via SMS and/or email to all registered American Citizens living in or visiting the Krakow consular district.
The Warden System
The Warden System is used to transmit important information to American citizens in Poland. Such information may include security issues, emergency notifications, and other information of particular interest to U.S. citizens. Wardens are U.S. citizens who volunteer to be points of contact for the dissemination of such important information.
