The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are questions and answers about the Pre-Employment Screening Program which allows motor carriers and individual drivers to purchase driver safety records from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS).
The FAQ area has recently been enhanced. Users can now search FAQs by stakeholder, topic, or by entering a keyword below. Choosing "Show All" will display the entire collection of FAQs.
