Room and Service: PTABBR Consultation ATA, Jakarta, October 15-19, 2012

Request for Quotations (RFQ) PR – SID320-2014004

This solicitation is to provide the following functions rooms and services for an event for period of October 15-19, 2012.  The provider must be at least 5-stars hotel or equal, in Jakarta, within 5 kilometers from US Embassy

1. Consultation Sessions – October 15-19, 2012:  The contractor will provide the function room, services, and items required below. 

• One (1) Function room, as Consultation Room
• Coffee breaks to be served at foyer
• Buffet Lunch and Buffet Dinner to be served in restaurant for period of October 15-19.
• Equipment, facilities/furniture and supplies *) during the conference period:

2. Rooms and other required facilities/services:

• Two (2) standard rooms, single occupancies (to include breakfast) and, check in on October 14 and check out date on October 19, 2012.

• Personal Account: In addition to the rooms purchased under this contract, the Contractor provides five (5)rooms for conference attendees for period above.

• Provider should have Business Center facilities.  All of the cost must be charged based on actual cost.
