CALL THE CARLISLE BARRACKS ARMY EDUCATION CENTER AT 717-245-3943 TO ACTIVATE YOUR GO ARMY ED ACCOUNT. You must have your classes approved prior to their Start Date. All instructions are in GoArmyEd under Help>Training>Soldier Reference Documents. We will provide the steps in a logical sequence. Post 9/11 GI BILL: VA provides the actual funding. Please go to www.GIBILL.VA.GOV for the most UPDATED information. We provide you with an overview of the program and answer basic questions to help you. IF you are transferring your POST 9/11 GI BILL, please call the Education Center for a "instruction sheet". The end date for your children, is the date they turn 26. If you have the Montgomery GI Bill, do the comparisons at www.GIBILL.VA.GOV. If used most of it, find out how you can receive 12 additional months under the Post 9/11 GI Bill. It's your choice Chapter 30 or Chapter 33.
