The CHCC is co-located with the Health Care Acquisition Activity’s (HCAA) headquarters at Joint Base San Antonio in San Antonio, TX. The Center is the hub for MEDCOM-wide contract support. The center is dedicated to providing contractual instruments designed to facilitate the support that our Regional Contracting Offices provide to their respective regions.
