To register or update your signature and seal for purposes of authentication on documents for use in the Unites States, please complete a 3" x 5" index card according to the format below and have it authenticated by the Law Society of British Columbia or The Society of Notaries of British Columbia. Forward the authenticated specimen card to:

Please note that it is critical you use your full official signature and impress your embossed notarial seal clearly on the specimen card, as well as on any documents you wish authenticated. The seal and signature on the card must match those on any documents submitted.
