U.S. Marines with members of the Alkyonides Charity. The Marines donated a collection of toys collected under the 'Toys for Tots' program

Members of the U.S. Marine Security Guard Detachment at the U.S. Embassy in Nicosia visited the Alkyonides Charity on January 10th to donate a collection of toys collected under the "Toys for Tots" program from Embassy families. "Toys for Tots" began in 1947 and has distributed some 500 million toys worldwide over 65 years.   The Alkyonides Charity is a volunteer organization that helps needy families in Cyprus.
