How do I register for a seminar?

Register online: Browse our seminar schedule. Once you’ve selected a seminar, click the seminar title, which will take you to the seminar page. Click the Register button. This will bring up the registration application. You or your training officer will complete the application and submit the form. In order to confirm registration, we must receive payment. The easiest payment method when registering on the web is by government purchase card.

By Fax: Complete a registration form [48 KB] and with a funded government training form, fax both forms to the Customer Service Office at 304-870-8078.

By Mail: Complete a registration form [48 KB] and mail it, along with your payment, to

What information is required if I use a funded government training form?

At a minimum, the following information is required:

• Participant Name
• Last four digits of SSN
• Participant Agency
• Participant Email
• Course Title
• Course Dates
• TuitionAccounting Classification
• Obligating Document Number
• Agency Location Code (IPAC Customers) or Bill-to address and POC
• Treasury Account Symbol (TAS)
• Business Event Type Code (BETC) (IPAC Customers)
• Approval signatures

How will I know my registration is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation by email by the account registration specialist assigned to your agency.

What is the cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds. However, requests for transfers to another date or seminar will be considered if the request is received in writing up to four weeks prior to the start of the seminar, if space is available in the new course, pre-course work can be completed on time, and the registrar can resell the space in the current course.

If I can’t attend, may a substitute attend in my place?

Yes. A request for a substitute of a participant may be made up to one week prior to the start of the seminar and will be approved if pre-course materials can be completed on time. For assessment seminar registrations, a minimum of four weeks lead time is required. Requests for transfers to another seminar or session of equal value may be approved up to four weeks prior to the start date of the seminar. You agency will be billed for the original seminar in which your were scheduled. You must reschedule and complete the alternate seminar/session within the current fiscal year. The completed substitution request form is faxed to the Customer Service Office at 304-870-8078. You may also contact your account registration specialist for a substitution request form or call 304-870-8008, press zero and ask to speak with the account representative specialist for your agency.

Can I be placed on a waiting list for a seminar that is sold out?

Yes. We will need an obligating document in order to place you on the waitlist. Please contact your agency registration speciaist.
