About Your Sanctuary Introduction

The Monitor National Marine Sanctuary is one of 14 federally designated underwater areas managed by NOAA National Marine Sanctuary Program. Management of the sanctuary is accomplished by a staff of 7 full-time employees through a combination of education, archaeology, conservation and regulatory programs.

Sanctuary Advisory Council Meeting
