JPL and business partnerships
JPL is committed to lowering entry barriers to collaboration. Small and large businesses alike are encouraged to partner with JPL in efforts to advance technology in new and innovative ways.

NASA's IPP program was created to establish joint partnerships between NASA centers and outside small businesses by providing seed funding to new and innovative technologies. JPL participates in this program, and funded projects may have the opportunity to work JPL researchers.More  about the 'Innovative Partnership Program'

The JPL SBIR program is designed to help stimulate technological innovation in the private sector. Small businesses can submit proposals to NASA/JPL. Funding is available for proposals that have technical or scientific merit that is responsive to a NASA need.More  about the 'Small Business Innovation and Research'
