The joint U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Justice Fusion Process Technical Assistance Program is offering the MindLeapTM Critical Thinking Technical Assistance Seminar to designated state and major urban area fusion centers. Participation in this 2-day service supports fusion center efforts to achieve and maintain Critical Operational Capability (COC) 2: Analyze.
This seminar is designed to serve as a regional delivery, meaning analysts from fusion centers within the State or in neighboring States are encouraged to participate, based upon available space.
Specifically, the service:
· Focuses on critical thinking and has been designed specifically for intelligence analysts
· Provides intelligence analysts with a structured, disciplined approach to causal analyses
· Consists of evidence-based problem solving
· Educates participants on the critical thinking process
