In memory of the 20 young children & 6 teachers who were killed, I'm committed to doing all I can to help make sure this never happens again
My hopes are that all parties would come to the table with goodwill.
I am pleased that the NRA is committed to making meaningful contributions to this conversation. That is a welcome perspective.
We can’t vilify each other before this debate. If we’ve gone from guilt by association to guilt by conversation, God help us as a nation.
As your Sen., I need to hear from experts on all sides about what is effective, how we can protect the 2nd Amendment & prevent mass violence
No single side can take action on their own – we need everyone to work together.
That means addressing military-style assault weapons & high-capacity rounds, treat our mentally ill & a culture that glorifies violence
As we discuss how to move forward after #Newtown, my position is that we need to put everything on the table.
