Medical Health Assessments (MHA)

Welcome To MHA

The Army Medical Department developed the Medical Health Assessment (MHA) application to track Health Assessment data for all Active and Reserve components of the Army as well as DA Civilians, contractors and other DOD personnel. It is a powerful tool allowing Military, Civilians, Contractors and their supporting Health Care Providers to complete Periodic and Deployment (Pre/Post/PDHRA) Health Assessments online and provide those DHA’s, once completed, to the Armed Forces Health Surveillance Center (AFHSC). Commander’s and Medical leaders at various echelons are responsible for the use and implementation of the MHA application and the timely completion and follow-up of all required health assessments for their supported populations.

The comprehensive health assessment data captured in the MHA application meets the requirements of Department of Defense and Department of the Army directives and regulations.
