Managed by a Steering Committee that meets monthly, PASS presents quarterly best practice/HR program updates across the entire spectrum of HR functions, except training/employee development. PASS provides a forum for federal HR professionals to discuss common and emerging staffing/ placement issues; publicize and share new staffing techniques, procedures and innovations; solicit opinions on new and proposed regulations, etc. PASS also hosts a yearly Expo with multiple workshops addressing key topics of current interest.
