I commented so many story ( http://www.ostp.gov ) about USPTO’s crime that made Lynn Spitzer’s illegal patent against my patent. I want WHITEHOUSE to solve this problem until Nov 6 2009. This is my birthday. I just watched Bo’s birthday. Why did you till reply to me?
This is an international violation of the new US administration.

How come with all of the stimulus money that was spent on bailing out banks, that don’t give small business a chance for a loan. And than cannot even get a government grant! A small business like mine needs to lease and/or buy real estate, we have to hire employee’s which will help the unemployed rate. Also my case we have products to manufacture helping the manufacturing sector. All this help the over all economy, and to add to the tax revenues.

Where does the ssa get there information. my rent went up, repairs on my 1993 car went up. and cannot qualify for or afford a new car. Electric up. water up, natural gas up. After this month electric maybe off. BUT NO RAISE FOR YOU. I am raising 2 teenagers and suppose to do this. Unreal. The Federal Communications Commission recently led discussions on proposed Net Neutrality Rules including, broadband speeds to be adopted for those companies using federal dollars to upgrade their networks. This comes at the same time the FCC is proposing to provide the underpinnings of a governmental mandate to; serve the underserved.

This is yet another dangerous road the FCC is attempting to navigate from a top-down regulatory standpoint, and could simply derail the original efforts to have success in the broadband investment philosophy it generated.

Here are the perilous implications:

Mandating ISP speeds on the front end of legislation could impede private investment from taking on the challenges of serving sparsely populated or lower demographic areas

Creating an open and share all approach for content access will again scare off potential investors who will be suspect of reaching respectable returns on their money

The burgeoning internet advertising market will be hampered, or even stopped, from investing in the very sector the FCC is attempting to help grow and prosper

These are the important issues related to recent discussions on Net Neutrality to be addressed, but need to be considered while proposing to regulate an industry on the verge of creating just the applications and services that consumers want with internet connections. My message to the FCC is; do not blow the very opportunity to let private investment create the infrastructure, content and applications which you have incented them to accomplish, by over regulating those companies into inaction.

It continues to be evident that the best incentive would be to take a hands-off approach to regulation while providing the capital incentive for the networks to build out their infrastructures. What scares Wall Street more than anything is the prospect of heavy regulation that will stifle investment opportunities. This has a negative effect on company stocks, shareholders, and the willingness of private investment to flourish, and in essence, get the job done.

The FCC should be promoting a healthy investment and competition environment rather than a heavy-handed regulatory approach for the future of Internet access. This would create the (win-win) situation the government agency is looking for, whether it realizes the implications, or not.

Two questions:

1. Cybersecurity – what will the FCC do to encourage enhanced international cooperation, for making the Internet safer?

2. Couple of years ago I talked with the FTC on Net neutrality (http://blog.veni.com/?p=155) <http://blog.veni.com/?p=155%29> , but also about the fact that there is no competition on the Internet market in the big cities – one has only two choices: cable TV or the phone company. The two companies provide usually 1-2 Mbps service, which costs $ 40-50. At the same time, in European Bulgaria the Internet is 100 Mbps, and costs $ 20.

What will the FCC do to address these issues?

Mr. President, I strongly support the health initiative you propose. I’m a Vietnam Vet therefore I receive medical care which has helped me a great deal especially when I was laid off from my job due to budget cuts. I feel like I’m one of the lucky ones, when my healthcare stopped I went to the VA hospital and within a short period of time I was getting health assistance. I don’t feel ashamed of this why should the Republicans feel they must support a broken system that is financially hurting our country? All I can think of is the (Republicans) and some Democrats are afraid of change especially with so much money tied up in the insurance industry. I feel all Americans should receive a basic care that I receive, just because I fought in a war does not make me any better than the unfortunate family who can no longer afford insurance. No, we must stop this I’ve got it and you don’t attitude. It separates and discriminates against those who are less fortunate we are more than the sum of our wealth. I feel sad with the politics that divide our great country and we become petty tyrants with a selfish agenda. I am truly sorry that senator from South Caroline treated you and the rest of the country. I know you will not read this email which is fine with me, but I want you to know I greatly respect you and know you are a one of the best Presidents this country has seen in a long time. My wish is all Americans will stand up for a more equitable healthcare system. Thank you for your courage and grace under fire. We need you to stay strong and fight the good fight for a better America.
