BPA Available for Use DOC-Wide

The Acquisition & Grants Office has established Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with selected GSA vendors for 1) wireless services and 2) Microsoft licenses and products. These BPAs are available for use by all Department of Commerce Bureaus. Any contracting officer of the Department of Commerce may place an order against these BPAs.

• Wireless Services BPAs: BPAs have been established with Sprint Spectrum L.P., Cellco Partnership dba Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. 
  • AT&T Pricing: AT&T is offering limited additional discounts off GSA pricing as set forth in Attachment A to the BPA. Contact one of the T-Mobile Government POCs identified in the ordering instructions for additional information.
  • Sprint Pricing: Sprint is offering limited additional discounts off GSA pricing. Contact one of the Sprint Government POCs identified in the ordering instructions for additional information.
  • T-Mobile Pricing: T-Mobile has elected not to offer any additional discounts off GSA pricing. Pricing will therefore be in accordance with T-Mobile’s GSA contract.
  • Verizon Pricing: Verizon elected not to offer DOC any additional discounts from GSA pricing. Pricing will therefore be in accordance with Verizon’s established GSA prices.
• Microsoft Products BPAs: BPAs have been established with three GSA Microsoft resellers: Dell Marketing L.P., Insight Public Sector, Inc., and CDW Government, Inc. 
  • Pricing: All vendors are offering special DOC pricing as reflected in their DOC Price Lists. 
  • Financing options: All vendors offer financing options to enable DOC offices to allocate the cost of software assurance over the term of the applicable agreement. Contact individual vendors for additional information on these financing options.
  • Equipment and Accessories: Only the vendors’ offered service plans are covered under their GSA contracts and these BPAs. All equipment and accessories are considered open market items. Ordering officials must ensure compliance with the requirements set forth in FAR 8.402(f) when ordering open market items under these BPAs. Alternatively, open market items may be purchased outside these BPAs using appropriate purchase card or other procedures.
