Documents produced by BPA from its very beginning (1937) to the present.
EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute)
BPA has been part of EPRI since its inception in 1992, and we are one of two members who have a permanent seat on its board of directors. For these reasons, the Library has an extensive collection of EPRI documents.
Main Collection
This collection represents every field of interest affecting BPA, including "how to" computer texts, economics, geology, psychology, engineering, transmission, management and "work/life."
Government Documents
The BPA Library is a selective Federal Depository Library that collects books, reports and microforms issued by government agencies.
Standards
We keep print copies of standards that are not available online, including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, American National Standards Institute and the International Electrotechnical Commission.
Technical Conferences Proceedings
The Library has an extensive collection of technical conference proceedings, including Institute of Electrical and electronics Engineers, International Council on Large Electric Systems, the American Power Conference, and the International Conference on Large Electric Systems.
Photo/Video Archive

The Library maintains BPA’s photo and video archive that documents BPA's history back to 1937. Questions and requests should be directed to our Public Information Center.
Sam Moment Collection
Samuel Moment worked for the Bonneville Power Administration from 1940 to 1954. His specialties included industrial development and the aluminum industry, and his career went international as governments and corporations tapped into his expertise and services.
