Claudia Andrews has worked at the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) since 1990. She currently has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2010. In that role, she oversees BPA’s capital and debt management, accounting, cash management, and budgeting.

Immediately prior to this assignment, Claudia served temporarily as BPA’s Chief Risk Officer and immediately before that as BPA’s Treasurer.  In years previous to the Treasurer position, she held a variety of management and staff positions in the Finance, Power, and Supply Chain organizations.

Claudia served as a Presidential Management Intern at the U. S. Department of State in Washington D. C.
before joining BPA.

Claudia graduated summa cum laude from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University in Salem, Ore. with an MBA.  She obtained her BA from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn.  She lives with her husband, Mike, and daughter, Silvie, in Damascus, Ore.
