Make a Purchase
If you need to purchase a product or service, the Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO) will serve you. There are multiple ways to make a purchase and the Purchasing Agents. Field Delegates, Contract Specialists, and Contracting Officers of AGO are the right people to serve you. The Acquisition and Grants Office makes thousands of purchases each year for clients. Most purchases are started with an automated system that generates an electronic document called a Purchase Request. The Purchase Request is created in an application called CRequest. Access to the application is restricted and users must be registered. A registration form link is included below. Very small purchases may be made with a Purchase Card. Access to Purchase Cards is restricted and users must be registered. A link to the NOAA Purchase Card policy is included below.
