The Peabody Orlando is the headquarter hotel where all conference events will be held. In addition to the Peabody, there are four additional hotels available for lodging. Please read carefully about each property before selecting a hotel. Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the Peabody during official conference hours for Rosen Shingle Creek, Rosen Plaza Hotel, and Rosen Inn guests. There is no transportation provided for Rosen Centre Hotel. The shuttle schedule is available here.
All of the official conference hotels are currently SOLD OUT on some peak nights. However, they are accumulating a waiting list in the case of cancellations. We recommend using your preferred travel resources to secure alternative lodging. We will not provide transportation from alternate hotels, however the I-Ride Trolley services hotels on International Drive.
The Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld has made FSA aware they have rooms available, however please note that this is not an official conference hotel, and transportation will not be provided to the Peabody.
Please contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your room registration, or for any special accommodations you may require.
