USCIS Celebrates Immigrant Medal of Honor Recipients
March 25 is National Medal of Honor Day, a date set aside each year to pay tribute to the recipients of our nation’s highest award for valor. Since the first Medals of Honor were presented during the Civil War, more than 700 recipients of the award have been immigrants who distinguished themselves by their gallantry during military action.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services recognizes the extraordinary heroism of this select group of heroes by dedicating space in 18 of our facilities to recognize their gallantry and tremendous courage. Their bravery serves as an enduring reminder that immigrant recipients of the Medal of Honor embody the best of American values and continues to inspire us today.

Hi,
Not sure where to post this message. Please watch out for Indian companies (CTS, Infy, Wipro, TCS and Satyam) EB1C. Most if not all of these applications are fraudulent. They are making mockery of the rules. Just to cut short the immigration lines, these companies filing the GC in EB1C. In fact, these people are not even qualified for EB2. Please review all the EB1C for the last 3-4 years and you would be able to revoke at least 80-90 percent of the GC which already approved.
Please provide us a channel to file complaints against fraud.

Please revert back the spillover rules as soon as possible if possible before this May Visa bulletin comes out otherwise Eb-3 India will be retrogressed for ever. Eb-3 India people waiting more than 10 years but Eb-2s who came to this country around 2009 will get GC. if you are not reverting it. Please do needful
Spillover before 2009: (incorrect interpretation according to USCIS)
Unused EB1 visas was shared between EB2 and EB3
Unused EB1 => EB2 ROW => EB2 retrogressed
Unused EB1 => EB3 ROW => EB3 retrogressed
Spillover after 2009 - changed to the correct interpretation according to USCIS:
Unused EB1 => EB2 ROW => EB2 Retrogressed => EB3 ROW => EB3 Retrogressed
How wonderful that America has decided to reward immigrants for their bravery and dedication to US values by honouring them during the National Medal of Honor Day.
This is a clear example how America leads the way on social integration by immigrants into the larger native culture.
Living in Europe, the situation here unfortunately is entirely different and as far as I'm aware, speaking from a UK perspective, I do not think we have anything similar.
I hope other countries look at America and learn from your example as to not only acknowledge the importance of immigrants but even more so, ways to make them feel important and valued members of society, who are prepared to defend the values of their adopted country.
