The Telcare mission is to provide quality customer service to Veterans. Your dedicated Telcare team is here to give VA health care advice and information. Registered Nurses and Administrative staff are on hand to assist you when your Clinic is closed. Telcare uses approved health care protocols and is URAC accredited.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 4:00pm - 8:00am & 24/7 on Weekends/Holidays
When you call Telcare we need to know: the Veteran’s full name, full social security number, and date of birth.
Staff may verify telephone number and address.
After hours Telcare services include:
Access to a Registered Nurse** Contact your facility Fee Basis Department the first business day after non-VA services in regards to VA payment.

Help with coordinating your health care
Appointment cancellation (rescheduling of appointments must be completed during business hours.)
Help with renewal of expired medications. For refills, please call your auto-refill line.
