The USGS Geochemical Reference Material task will provide technical assistance in the development of customized reference or quality control materials. Assistance can be provided in all phases of development including:

• Material Collection
• Material Processing
• Homogenization and sample splitting
• Sterilization (gamma radiation)
• Chemical analysis
• Material transportation
