Welcome to the City of El Paso Parks & Recreation Website! Our mission is to develop, preserve and maintain quality open space facilities and provide opportunities for structured and unstructured recreational and leisure-time activities for all citizens of El Paso.
As of September 1, operating hours at all recreation and senior centers have changed. Notification signage has been up at each center for weeks and staff has made adjustments to the few early morning programs to accommodate all patrons. Staff continues to take feedback from users and will monitor usage with these new operating hours. Please also be aware that fees have changed for all shelter rentals.
