The Armed Services Blood Bank Center (ASBBC) at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC) is the only military blood donor center in the Pacific Northwest.

     We are a tri-service organization that supports the blood requirements for four military hospitals. We also ship blood weekly, which is ultimately delivered overseas to areas with high concentrations of deployed troops.

     The ASBBC wishes to thank our community for supporting the Armed Services Blood Program. Your donations have helped to ensure the high quality care our service members, retirees, family members and deployed troops richly deserve. However, the need for blood is constant. We urge people to become regular blood donors by continuing to donate throughout the upcoming weeks and months.

     Please join the fight and help support our deployed soldiers by donating blood to the ASBBC. These donations are in direct support of our overseas deployments. We need our retirees and military family members to join this fight by donating blood and helping to ensure that our fighting men and women come home safe. Blood donations to the civilian blood centers only support the military if we cannot acquire enough blood on our own; therefore we are asking that you contact the ASBBC directly at (253) 968-1850/1903 to schedule your blood donation.
