Rachel Schneller joined the U.S. diplomatic service in 2001 and has served abroad in Macedonia, Guinea, and Iraq. She received her M.A. in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in 2001. She speaks fluent French.
