Welcome to the Virtual Presence Post for Chiapas and Tabasco! Our goal is to offer this web site as a platform for communication between the U.S. Embassy and the people of the states of Chiapas and Tabasco - both U.S. and Mexican citizens.

This site is the focal point for the Embassy’s interaction with the people of these two states. Embassy officials often visit your communities, schools, and businesses and we want you to know about these visits. We also offer many services to both U.S. and Mexican citizens – whether it be travel, education, or business related.
