New Provisional Waiver I-601A
Beginning March 4, 2013, USCIS will begin accepting I-601A waiver applications from certain immediate relatives of U.S. citizens present in the U.S. who are in the process of seeking immigrant visas. I-601A waivers allow those with unlawful presence in the U.S. to be approved for a waiver before departing the U.S. for their immigrant visa interviews.
