Student Career Experience Program | National Nuclear Security Administration

The Student Career Experience Program (SCEP) is a great way to start your NNSA career while pursuing your studies in college or graduate school.  This program gives you the opportunity to combine your academic studies with on-the-job training and experience directly related to your academic program.  You will have the opportunity to work on exciting NNSA projects, earn money while serving your nation and take advantage of an excellent benefits package, all while maintaining your student status and completing your education. 

SCEP allows our managers to evaluate your performance in real work situations and discover first-hand your abilities as a potential employee.  Should you successfully complete both your education and work requirements, you will be eligible for conversion to a full-time position at NNSA.
