Make an Appointment for a Service at the Embassy
In order to provide the most efficient service for American citizens, the U.S. Embassy in Zambia uses an online appointment system for all routine services. Scheduling appointments will reduce wait times for American citizens and will greatly improve our ability to be of service to you. Read about the Embassy services for U.S. citizens that we offer.
Please make an appointment online for all non-emergency Consular services. Appointment slots are generally available 13:30 to 15:30 Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and 8:00 to 10:00 on Fridays, except during official holidays when the US Embassy will be closed. Families need to only book one appointment but should inform us at ACSLusaka@state.gov regarding the total number of family members who need consular services.
