The Richland Operations Office (RL) and Office of River Protection (ORP) management and the American Federation of Government Employees, AFGE Local 788, operate under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). This CBA was entered into to prescribe certain rights and obligations of the employees of RL and ORP, represented by the AFGE, Local 788, and to delineate procedures that are designed to meet the special requirements and needs of RL/ORP. RL/ORP and AFGE, Local 788, are dedicated to partnership efforts designed to assure success for our respective organizations to maintain a cooperative and constructive working relationship.
