Waste Specification Records (WSRds) are the tool Hanford uses to identify the treatment and/or disposal pathway for broad classes of waste. The WSRds also identify certain waste stream-specific requirements to ensure that Hanford can treat and/or dispose of the waste.

A WSRd Assignment Matrix is currently being developed to help customers identify the correct WSRd for their waste streams. The WSRd Assignment Matrix and the complete set of WSRds will be available from this Web Page in the near future. In the meantime, contact your Waste Management Representative if you need assistance in identifying WSRds for your waste.
