Notice is hereby given that the Corps of Engineers- New Orleans District has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification to construct a freshwater/sediment diversion system, at various locations throughout Lafourche, St. Mary & Terrebonne Parishes for the LCA Convey Atchafalaya Water to the Northern Terrebonne Marsh project. The applicant is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
