Maintaining infrastructure, operating facilities, and providing services and material that support and contribute  to readiness and global projection of operating forces and tenant organizations.

Providing for the well-being, morale, and safety of military personnel, their families, and the civilian workforce; and, continuously improving the efficient and effective application of resources, thereby enhancing the current and future military value of MCBH.
