Federal Women's Program - FWP
Federally Employed Women (FEW) is a is a private membership organization working as an advocacy group to improve the status of women employed by the Federal government and by the District of Columbia government.
FEW annually sponsors high-quality, career-relevant training, which is annually approved by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The National Training Program (NTP) moves from city to city around the country every year.
About FEW— Federally Employed Women is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1968 after Executive Order 11375 was issued that added sex to the forms of prohibited discrimination in the federal government. FEW has grown into a national organization serving over one million federally employed women—both in the military and civilian workforce.
