Take a few minutes to look at the Getting Started page to save time designing and implementing your site.

Quickly create, customize and share pages

  • Click Actions > Edit Page > New Page to add tabbed navigation.
    Enter a name for your page that reflects the content that you plan to place on this page. Drag and drop the new page into place. Build nested navigation this way.

  • Click Actions > Edit Page > Customize.

    Click Add Content.
    Select a category and add portlets and widgets to the page. Click Create to add new feeds, wikis, and blogs.

    Click Change Style.
    Select a color that you like to make the page your own.

    Click Change Layout.
    Select the layout of your page to determine how content will be arranged. For example, decide whether you want the content displayed across 1, 2, or 3 columns.

    Save your changes.

  • Click Actions > Share Page.

    You can share your page with multiple people. Type the names of team members into the search field and click the search icon.
    Drag the names from the Search Results column into one of the other columns to grant team members View or Edit access to your page.
    Click Save to share the page.

Customization includes branding the site with your logo, adding color schemes, and customizing header and footer content.
