 The OUTSTANDING NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER OF THE YEAR is from the Operations Group. She works as a Quality Assurance Technician and Contracting Officer Representative, managing Aircraft Training Systems valued at over 35 million dollars. An exceptional top-performer committed to delivering only the finest aircraft simulator training environment. The Outstanding NCO of the year is TSgt Irasema Perry.
 The OUTSTANDING SENIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER for 2012 is the Fuel Systems Supervisor within the Maintenance Group. He's devoted to process and product improvement to eliminate waste in F-16 fuel systems maintenance processes. He is considered the wing's foremost expert for F-16 Fuel Systems. The Outstanding Senior NCO of the Year is SMSgt David Juergens.
 The OUTSTANDING OFFICER OF THE YEAR for 2012 is from the 148th Aircraft Maintenance Unit. Under his leadership, the 148th AMU orchestrated a flawless transfer and acceptance of eight F-16 aircraft in and out of the Netherlands at least two weeks prior to the established deadline. Additionally, he led the squadron from a 31% mission capable aircraft status rate to an astounding 70%. The Outstanding Officer of the Year is Major Tyson John.
