Garrison Public Affairs Office

Public Affairs serves the general public, internal military audience and civilian counterparts, leaders, international viewers and other forums by ensuring the free flow of news and information in a timely manner limited only by national security constraints, valid statutory mandates or exemptions as authorized by the Department of Defense’s E.O. 12958 and Army Regulation 360-1.

Our motto is “Maximum disclosure, minimum delay.” As Public Affairs professionals, we strive to keep our audience informed by being the credible, official source of information for the U.S. Army.

The Public Affairs Office (PAO) supports the Garrison Command in the areas of:

• Media Relations
• Command Information
• Community Relations
• Military Support (request participation of color guard, military speaker, etc).
• Statistics (demographic figures of our community)
• Phone Book (only frequently called phone numbers are listed)
