Leveling the Playing Field for Main Street Businesses

[WASHINGTON, D.C.] - U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) spoke today at a news conference with a bipartisan group of Senators and Representatives to announce the introduction of a bill that resolves the differences between bills introduced in the Senate and the House of Representatives last Congress that would allow local brick-and-mortar retailers to compete more effectively against out-of-state internet sellers.

Moving Forward to Phase II of FutureGen

[WASHINGTON, D.C.] - U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) released a video statement today following an announcement by the U.S. Department of Energy that a new cooperative agreement with the FutureGen Industrial Alliance has been finalized, allowing Phase II of project development on begin on FutureGen 2.0.
