Through educational and cultural programs, we encourage the sharing of ideas between Cambodians and Americans on a wide variety of topics.

The U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh conducts and facilitates educational and cultural exchange programs on behalf of the U.S. Government in Cambodia.  These programs include Undergraduate Intensive English Language Program, Fulbright Program, International Visitors Leadership Program, Ambassador’s Fund for Cultural Preservation, Study of the U.S. Institutes, among many others.
