Economics Officer Virsa Perkins delivered remarks at and election party at the Beachclub Havana in Rockanje

November 6 – Political Officer Thomas O’Keeffe and Economics Officer Virsa Perkins engaged groups in The Hague and Rockanje in animated discussion on the American political system, the vitality of American democracy and the enduring strength of the bilateral relationship. 

Tom O’Keeffe spoke at an Election Dinner of the Rotary Club The Hague which included members of ministries, representatives from Dutch companies, and former Dutch ambassadors.  

Virsa Perkins delivered remarks at and election party at the Beachclub Havana in Rockanje to an audience from the Business Club Westvoorne, Entrepreneurial Association of Brielle and the Business Club Brielle.

Both events were part of the Embassy’s effort to share with Dutch audiences the excitement of U.S. Presidential Elections.
