Ambassador Beyer speaks at Visit USA Seminar

Ambassador Beyer spoke to an audience of travel and tourism industry professionals from Switzerland, Germany, and the United States at the annual Visit USA Seminar on January 30, encouraging travel to the United States.

The event featured the Pacific Northwest as a travel destination, including northern California, Oregon, and Washington.  More than 500,000 Swiss are expected to travel to the United States in 2013, as the continuing strength of the Swiss franc provides travelers with excellent purchasing power.
