In a partnership between SATA, ATA and EFTH, American Chef Ming Tsai was in the Azores recording five episodes of his cooking show "Simply Ming." Given its notoriety and its projected television show, Chef Ming Tsai integrates the program "American Chef Corps" which was recently created by the U.S. Department of State.

On September 26, and under the American Corps Chef, Chef Ming publicly presented a dish made ​​with regional products at Ponta Delgada Hospitality School, in the presence of several journalists and about 80 students.
