U.S. Civic Action Team Graduate Apprentices

Family and friends gathered to congratulate Civic Action Team apprentices Mr. Okiis H. Ngemaes and Mr. Ngiraspesong F. Olkeriil  on their recent completion of the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER)—Heavy Equipment Operator Certification apprenticeship program. 

Both Ngemaes and Olkeriil completed approximately 12 months of training and are now certified as U.S. recognized Heavy Equipment Operators.   CAT team members, Ambassador Reed-Rowe, family members Mr. and Mrs. Marino Ngemaes and many others shared in the graduation event held at Camp Katuu which included speeches, certificates of completion and an old fashion bar-b-que to celebrate “a job well done!"
