Veterans Health Initiative

VA developed the Veterans Health Initiative (VHI) independent study courses to increase VA providers’ knowledge of military service-related diseases and illnesses. The VHI study guides are useful as well for non-VA providers, VA employees (through the VA Talent Management System), Veterans and the public. The courses are accredited and meet medical licensure requirements.
