1. Event Information:
- Registration is required.
- USAWC Strategy Conference events will be held in the following locations on Carlisle Barracks:
* Bliss Hall (keynote address and panel discussions) - Open session.
* Quarters 1
* Letort View Community Center (LVCC) (reception, banquet and lunches) - Reservations required.
2. Dining Information:
- Meals selected during online registration can be paid for at conference check-in on Tuesday, April 9. Payments for meals can be made with cash, check or credit card.
- Travelers on government orders should not claim a separate conference fee.
- The cost of food and beverages are not reimbursable for government employees who are not on travel orders.
- While there is no requirement to utilize the food and beverage services provided LVCC, please be aware that there are no other convenient places to get coffee, snacks or lunch without missing conference events.

- Because of limited parking at Carlisle Barracks, it is highly recommended that all attendees use the shuttle service.
- A bus schedule from the hotels will be provided in the conference packet at Registration.

- Conference attendees driving to Bliss Hall must show their driver's license, car registration and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Due to heighted security, vehicles may be inspected.
- Drivers without a Common Access Card (CAC) must enter through the Claremont Road Gate.

- Outgoing faxes can be sent by the SSI Staff located in the Bliss Hall foyer.
- Use of laptop computers is authorized in Bliss Hall during the conference. There will be a reserved area in the rear of the auditorium for individuals wishing to take notes on their laptop computers during the conference.
- Wi-Fi will be available for attendees.

Reservations for blocked rooms need to be made no later than March 1. After March 1, the hotels will release the blocked rooms to the general public. There is no on-post billeting available.

10. Foreign Nationals and Representatives of a Foreign Interest.
Foreign nationals who are employed by a foreign government must have applied to the Department of the Army Foreign Visits Office through the Defense Attaché's Office at the local U.S. Embassy pursuant to attending the conference. The visit request must have been submitted at least 30 days prior to the date of this conference. Foreign nationals who are not employed by a foreign government can pursue normal procedures to access the United States. All Foreign Nationals, regardless of foreign government employment, must contact us announcing their intention to attend the event. They must also present their passports to gain entrance to the Carlisle Barracks.
- About the Conference
- Each year, approximately two hundred participants engage in collegial debate concerning some of the most pressing and perplexing national security issues of the day. Panels are comprised of three to five distinguished experts who frame the discussion and facilitate a spirited Q&A session. The event is open to the public and all are invited to attend.
- Conference Fees
- While all attendees must register, the conference is free to attend. Optional catered social events require a paid reservation. For additional information, please see the conference registration page.
