Talk to TSA
TSA has recently updated the way passengers can engage with the agency and get the information they need before or after travel. Part of TSA’s ongoing effort to improve the traveler experience and streamline feedback, the TSA Contact Center is now maintaining the Talk to TSA Online Inquiry Form.
This restructuring will provide travelers with a quicker response time to their inquiry. The refreshed Talk to TSA form also reduces redundancies and allows TSA Contact Center Specialists to review and forward feedback to the appropriate office for action.
