Can I join the Army with 8 or 9 charges?

My whole life I've wanted to join the military but around every corner I seem to find trouble.  And its just not making me realize that my dreams might not get fulfilled.  I've got 4 or 5 (unsure) MIC's and MIP's put together and maybe 3 past curfew violations from when I was younger.  I was just wondering if there was anyway possible to still get into the military.  Even if I can go talk to someone besides a recruiter about it like the Courts or something.
